MANCHESTER PRINT FAIR No.15

We are extremely excited to be hosted at one of the oldest's buildings in the city, for the first time; Manchester Cathedral.
A building steeped in history, which welcomes a diverse number of events from drink festivals, music events and talks to fashion and food! They are also home to a number of bees, who are busy making honey on the roof of the Cathedral... how heavenly.

THE STALL
The stalls at the print fair are all of uniform size. Each seller will have one 6x2.5 ft trestle table with two chairs as standard. Sellers can also apply for wall space which is limited and will be allocated where possible.

THE FEE
£75.00

Successful applicants are required to pay stall fees within 7 days of notification and will receive an invoice within their information pack. Refunds are available 3 weeks prior to event. Any cancellations after this point will be non-refundable. 

INSURANCE
We recommend using A-N Artist insurance which can cover liability for your stall and products > a-n.co.uk/register-artist

APPLICATION PROCESS
Applications are reviewed on a number of criteria including quality, pricing, variety and our prior fair offer to ensure we avoid duplication and ensure that the offer remains fresh. The Manchester Print Fair is not obliged to accept any applications submitted and will make every effort to take applicant stall preference into consideration but can make no guarantee.

Applicants will be advised in writing by email if they have been successful by Tuesday 16th January 2018 and will be sent an information pack.

THE EVENT
We are working alongside the general activities of the Cathedral, including Evensong Service between 5.30pm and 6.30pm.

Stall holders must be prepared to pack down from 5pm until 5.30pm. If they require more time to collect their stock and pack away, they can do so after Evensong Service at 6.30pm. You may also wish to start packing down before 5pm if you so wish.
We will be on hand to assist with this.

There will be a special area open to us, where stall holders can wait and have a refreshment if they choose to wait during this time. Your property will be safe during the service. 

This has been made aware to you now, as this is a vital condition in the hire of the Cathedral, which we do hope you will understand and respect.
